📞 First Step: Planning Call
During our 1-on-1 call, we’ll:
- Clarify your goals
- Set up a repeatable weekly routine
- Walk through the course tools and community
- Answer any early questions so you’re not stuck guessing what to do next
💬 Discord – Where We Meet, Learn, and Work Together
After the planning call, you’ll get a personal invite to the private Discord space where we will:
- Have our first 1-on-1 Call
- Get feedback on your assignments, workflow, and understanding of material in a 1-on-1 chat
- Troubleshoot QuickBooks issues, concepts, and how to find mistakes
- Get on group calls where I talk about bookkeeping as an industry, service, and career
- Meet other business owners, bookkeepers, and accountants going through the program

If you didn’t sign up for a course and just need to work with me, you can skip this part!
🧾 QuickBooks Online Access
If you signed up for the QuickBooks Online or Xero Crash Course, you’ll receive your practice account within 12–24 hours (sooner during business hours). It comes preloaded with real-world transactions that match the course — so every lesson connects directly to what you’ll be working on.
📂 Course Files (Google Drive)
If you used a Gmail address, you’ll be added automatically. Otherwise, I’ll send you a download link for everything you need.
